I will be on your June 8, 2012 voyage. Would it be possible PLEASE to bring home to Machias Maine, some of your starter! I used starter for many years but we have been eating less bread. I have some of the old started in our freezer. I works, after several refreshings. I would love to use yours now, and have an active ongoing starter! See how it works for you.

I am very excited to be on your ship and will see you in a little more than 3 weeks!!

No worries! I love hearing from people no matter how long ago I posted! This is more like applesauce. It's kinda thickish. Hope you love it. Our rhubarb is just about ready to pick! Can't wait.

I just found your blog, so sorry about such a "late" post. I too love rhubarb and am always excited to find a new way to use it. So...a question. Is this more like a sauce on the cornbread or a side like applesauce? I'm going to try this recipe the instant my plants are ready. Thanks!

Oh great; Missouri; Mississippi raise sugar beats; Hawaii raises sugar cane. I bet sugar farmers in those states are over joyed about the report.

I think you set it out correctly and distinctly. I must decide what I put into my mouth. I only have one addiction; Annie's blueberry pancakes.
